Refund Policy

We believe in fair and transparent refunds. Our policy is designed to protect both learners and trainers.
1. Cancellation by Learner

2. Cancellation by Trainer
If a trainer cancels a workshop, you will receive a full 100% refund within 5–7 business days, or you may choose to transfer your booking to another available batch at no additional cost.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days for bank accounts, 2–3 days for UPI.
- The AGRIBOZ platform fee (typically 5–10%) is non-refundable once the workshop date has passed.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We consider full refunds for:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Natural disasters or government-mandated restrictions
- Significant misrepresentation of workshop content
Please contact us within 48 hours of the workshop date with supporting documentation.
5. Group and Corporate Bookings
Refund terms for group, institutional, and corporate bookings are governed by the specific agreement signed at booking time and may differ from the standard policy above.
5A. Subscription Plan Refunds
Subscription plans (Farmer Unlock, Trainer Pro/Business, Retreat Host Pro/Premium, Family Farmer Pro/Business) are prepaid access plans. The following refund rules apply:
- Within 48 hours of purchase with no platform features used: 100% refund on written request to agriboz21@gmail.com with your payment reference.
- After 48 hours or after platform features have been accessed: No refund. You retain access until the end of your paid period.
- Annual plans: Prorated refunds (remaining full months × monthly rate) available within 7 days of purchase, minus a 10% processing fee.
- If a promised platform feature is materially unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days after your paid start date, contact us for a full refund or plan adjustment.
To cancel and prevent renewal: Log in → Dashboard → Profile → Subscription → Cancel. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Log in to your AGRIBOZ account
- Go to Dashboard → My Bookings
- Select the booking and click "Request Cancellation"
