Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel workshop bookings, subscription plans, retreat bookings, and your AGRIBOZ account. Please read this policy alongside our Refund Policy for full details on applicable refund amounts.
1. Workshop Booking Cancellations
You may cancel a workshop booking at any time before the workshop date. The refund you receive depends on how much notice you give:

2. Subscription Plan Cancellations
AGRIBOZ subscription plans (Farmer Unlock, Trainer Pro/Business, Retreat Host Pro/Premium, Family Farmer Pro/Business) are prepaid plans processed as one-time payments. They do not auto-renew — you will never be charged again unless you manually re-subscribe.
- Cancelling your subscription: You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops any future manual renewal reminders but does not refund the current paid period.
- Access after cancellation: You retain full access to your subscribed plan features until the plan expiry date (1 month or 1 year from purchase date).
- Refund eligibility: Within 48 hours of purchase with no platform features used, a full refund is available on written request. After 48 hours or after features have been accessed, no refund is available. See our Refund Policy — Section 5A for complete details.

3. Retreat Booking Cancellations
Farm retreat and agri-stay booking cancellations are handled similarly to workshop cancellations. Cancellation terms may vary by individual retreat host — please review the specific retreat listing for host-specific cancellation terms before booking.
- Standard cancellations follow the same notice-period refund table as workshop bookings (see Section 1 above).
- If a retreat host cancels your booking, you will receive a full 100% refund within 5–7 business days.
- Exceptional circumstances (medical emergencies, natural disasters) are considered case-by-case — contact us within 48 hours with supporting documentation.
4. Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your AGRIBOZ account at any time by contacting us at agriboz21@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Please note the following before requesting account deletion:
- Active bookings: Any active or upcoming bookings must be cancelled or completed before account deletion. You are responsible for requesting refunds for eligible active bookings prior to deletion.
- Pending payouts: Trainers, retreat hosts, affiliates, and family farmers with pending payouts must complete payout processing before account deletion. Unpaid earned amounts at the time of deletion are subject to our payout terms.
- Data retention: Even after account deletion, we are required by Indian law to retain financial records (booking records, payout records, KYC documents, and transaction history) for a minimum of 3 years for financial and tax compliance purposes, and up to 8 years for certain statutory requirements. This data is retained securely and is not used for any commercial or marketing purpose after account deletion.
- Profile removal: Your public profile, workshop listings, and retreat listings will be unpublished immediately upon account deletion. Your name and personal details will be anonymised in learner-facing records where technically feasible.
