10,000 Farmers Die Every Year in India. That Is Not a Statistic. That Is a Failure.
AGRIBOZ exists because of them. For them. So that no more farmers die in silence.
Since 1995, Over 3,70,000 Indian Farmers Have Died by Suicide.
More than any war India has ever fought. These are not casualties of battle — they are casualties of a broken system: crushing debt, crop failure, falling incomes, and a government apparatus so complex that less than 15% of eligible farmers ever claim what is rightfully theirs.
The causes are not mysterious. Crushing debt from moneylenders charging 36–60% annual interest. One failed crop that wipes out an entire season. No access to the government schemes that exist — precisely — to prevent this. No skills to diversify beyond a single cash crop. No connection to the people who actually need what the farmer grows.
Farmers are not failing. The system is failing farmers.
“These are not statistics. These are fathers, mothers, sons, daughters. They are the people who grow the food we eat — and they are dying because no one built them a ladder out.”
Something had to change. Someone had to act.
Arvind Yadav — Founder & CEO
A farmer family's son who forgot his roots. And then remembered.

Arvind Yadav — Founder & CEO, AGRIBOZ
Arvind Yadav grew up rooted in a farmer family. And then, as happens with millions of Indians, life pulled him to the city. He built a career. He moved fast. He forgot the soil.
In 2020, something shifted. Life's own disruption — the kind that strips away noise and forces honesty — made him search for truth beyond the city's urgencies. He found himself drawn back to the land. Not as a visitor. As a listener.
He began walking farmlands. Sitting with farmers in dusty UP villages, in the drought-hit districts of Maharashtra, in the lush but debt-ridden farms of Karnataka, in the paddy fields of Tamil Nadu. He didn't go to teach. He went to understand. Why, with the richest soil and the deepest ancestral knowledge, are India's farmers the poorest people in the country?
“I am from a farmer family. I had forgotten that. In 2020, I remembered. And what I found when I went back — the debt, the isolation, the invisible walls between a farmer and the money the government had already set aside for him — changed everything I thought I knew.”
Five years of listening brought one answer, over and over: farmers aren't failing. The system is failing them. No skill access. No scheme knowledge. No income diversification. No connection to the people who need their food. No one to sit with them and say: here is what you are eligible for. Here is how you claim it.
“AGRIBOZ is not a startup born in a boardroom. It was born in a field, listening to a farmer who hadn't slept in three days because he didn't know whether the rain would come or whether he could repay his debt. That farmer deserved better. AGRIBOZ is that better.”
Arvind founded AGRIBOZ not to build a startup. He built it to ensure no Indian farmer dies in obscurity.
10 Agro-Tourism Destinations per District.Across All 773 Districts of Bharat.
India has 773 districts. If each district has just 10 verified agro-tourism destinations, India will have 7,730+ farm experience destinations — making India the agro-tourism capital of the world, offering cultural, spiritual, wellness, and food experiences rooted in the soil of Bharat.
Trainer Livelihoods
Each agro-tourism destination needs skilled trainers — creating thousands of trainer livelihoods per district, multiplied across 773 districts.
Pure Food Access
Each destination becomes a verified source of pure, unadulterated food for city families, corporates, schools, and institutions.
Family Farmers
Each trained farmer can become a Family Farmer — the personal food guardian of an urban family who pays fairly and trusts completely.
Bharat's Transformation
This is not a business plan. This is a blueprint for Bharat's agricultural, environmental, and economic renaissance.
“773 districts × 10 destinations = 7,730 farm experience centres. This is how India becomes the agro-tourism capital of the world.”
— The AGRIBOZ Vision
Six Connected Pillars. One Platform.
Each pillar reinforces every other. Together they create a self-compounding flywheel that makes each farmer richer, the platform stickier, and the mission unstoppable.
Skill
40+ Workshop Categories
From food forests to carbon credits, organic farming to agro-processing — AGRIBOZ hosts 500+ workshops across 40+ categories, taught by field-verified trainers. Every skill learned is a door opened.
Capital
50+ Government Schemes — ₹50,000 to ₹5 Lakh per Farmer
Government capital that is rightfully theirs goes unclaimed every year. AGRIBOZ maps every farmer to every scheme they qualify for and guides them step by step to claim what is already theirs.
The Flywheel
Skills → Certificate → Schemes → Capital → More Skills
The AGRIBOZ flywheel compounds. Each workshop earns a certificate. Each certificate boosts scheme eligibility. Each scheme unlocks capital. Each rupee of capital lets the farmer invest in more skills. The loop never stops.
Family Farmer Movement
Every trained farmer becomes a trusted food source
A skilled, certified farmer becomes a Family Farmer — the personal food guardian of an urban family, a corporate, a school. Pure, unadulterated food from a face you know and a farmer you trust.
Agriculture = Primary Healthcare
Hospitals cure disease. Farms prevent it.
Pure food grown by skilled farmers prevents disease at scale. A hospital is secondary healthcare infrastructure — it repairs damage done. Agriculture is primary healthcare — it determines whether we stay healthy at all.
Fix the Environmental Crisis
Regenerative farming, food forests, carbon credits
Climate change is not solved in boardrooms. It is solved on farmlands. A farmer trained in food forests, soil health, and regenerative agriculture restores carbon, revives biodiversity, and heals the land.
Skills → Certificate → Schemes → Capital → More Skills
The loop compounds. A better-skilled farmer qualifies for more schemes, earns more capital, attends more workshops, grows a larger farm, and becomes a wealthier, more dignified person. This is not a welfare model. This is an engine.
This Is What Victory Looks Like.
Every district has its agro-tourism destinations — 10 per district across all 773 districts of Bharat
Every city family has their Family Farmer — a trusted, verified face behind their food
Every farmer has their government schemes, skills, and dignity — no eligible farmer left without capital
Agriculture is recognised as the primary healthcare infrastructure of Bharat
India leads the world in regenerative farming, agro-tourism, and carbon credits from farmlands
No more farmer suicides — because every farmer has a clear, supported path to prosperity
“No more farmer suicides — because every farmer has a path to prosperity. That is the only metric that matters.”
— Arvind Yadav, Founder & CEO, AGRIBOZ
The Platform, in Numbers
Built from the ground up — one farmer, one workshop, one scheme at a time.
Our Core Values
Farmer Dignity First
The farmer is not a charity case. The farmer is the backbone of Bharat. Every feature of AGRIBOZ — from how we price workshops to how we list schemes — starts with this truth.
Skill Before Subsidy
Government money without skill is a band-aid. We train first so that every rupee of government capital is put to compounding, productive use — not borrowed again from the moneylender next season.
Pure Food as a Right
Every person on this planet deserves food that has not been poisoned by shortcuts. AGRIBOZ trains farmers to grow pure, real food — and connects them with families who understand its value.
Land as Living Heritage
The soil of Bharat is 10,000 years old. It is not a commodity to be mined to exhaustion. Every regenerative practice we teach is a vote for handing the land back, richer, to the next generation.
This Is Not Just a Platform. It Is a Movement.
Join 50,000+ farmers, trainers, city families, and believers who are rebuilding the relationship between India and its soil. Whether you farm, invest, cook, or simply eat — you have a role in this story.
